Lots of space available for sitting. There is parking directly outside for lunch. We were there for a team lunch. We ordered spring rolls with chicken and tuna. I ordered beefball pho. The food was fresh and delicious. Took a while for the food to be prepared, but boy, it was worth it! Service was good. They did inform us when food was arriving. I would come back whenever I'm in town

Stopped by for lunch with my daughter the other day and it was great. Service was fast and friendly and the food all tasted really fresh and flavorful. We started with the tofu spring roll, which was so yummy with the pickled veggies in it. My daughter loved the garlic noodles (huge portion!). I got the veggie crepe and it wasn't my favorite but I think that's just a personal preference and I ordered wrong. Really nice spot (though parking was kind of stressful fyi!)

Been coming here for around a year and finally remembered to write a review. The restaurant is always clean and is always quick to assist. Service is always fast and friendly which is awesome. The food arrives hot and fresh every time and is delicious. I personally get the pho tai every time and it's my personal favorite around irvine. Great spot for a night out!

Phan's Kitchen and Bar is my (and my families!) favorite Vietnamese restaurant in this area! They used to go by Phans 55 (affiliated with their other location by Irvine Spectrum) but now have their new name to differentiate the fact that the ambiance at this location is more upscale. We met the owner Chris and he was very nice and recommended delicious menu items that we wouldn't have tried otherwise (he let us know that the blue crab for the Blue Crab Spring Roll is sushi grade!). Chris also had great tips like for example the sauce to dip the Blue Crab Roll in - don't just dunk it - take the spoon and mix the 2 sauces together then spoon it into the roll = amazing!!) We also tried the Kalbi appetizer and the flavor of the marinade was outstanding! Sooo delicious! Those were the 2 new dishes we tried and really enjoyed - we'd order them again! We also really enjoy the other spring rolls and we always order the Pho Tai and the Grilled Pork banh mi. I love how the sandwiches come with sweet potato fries with a delicious dipping sauce! Yum!!!! My kids absolutely love the Garlic Pasta (we adults do too - we get it with shrimp). Whenever I ask my kids where they want to eat they always say here! Phan's Kitchen and Bar also offers delivery which we often get too!

this place is a hidden gem! found this place randomly and my coworker and i decided to go check it out on our lunch. it is a nice restaurant inside, and at first i was curious as to why their menu was a little expensive, i soon realized why it is worth the price! my coworker said surprisingly that it was one of the best pho she's ever had and considering this was on a whim it was a present surprise. I got the sandwich and a thai tea which were both excellent and large portions. The sandwich comes with two sides & the beef was warm inside! overall very pleasant and surprise experience. the food came really fast too. i'll come again for sure.

The food was absolutely amazing. Honestly prolly one of the best pho I have ever had. Tastes super authentic and the meat is delicious. We all got the special. The chili oil was insanely good, definitely get it just to try even if you don't like spicy stuff. I will say it was a very different vibe than other pho places. The place seemed a lot more fancy and high end, and you could even see the pho being made depending on where you sit. Quite expensive for pho, and for me, it doesn't hit the same in the sense of me loving pho after a long day and just wanting to eat some warm food to feel good. This place just doesn't give me that sense of comfort/familiarity but in terms of tastes, you can't go wrong with this place for pho.
